Refunds

We want you to like the book. If you do not, we will refund you.

Window. Email us within thirty days of purchase and ask for a refund. Tell us — in any number of words you want, or none at all — why the book did not work for you. We will not argue.

How it happens.

• Gumroad purchases. We initiate the refund through Gumroad; it returns to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
• Crypto purchases. We send the equivalent in the same chain back to the wallet that paid us, less network fees. The amount is based on the dollar price at the moment we issue the refund, so currency volatility may produce a slightly different number than what you paid.

After the refund. Your magic link is invalidated. The book files you have already downloaded remain on your devices; we ask, but do not enforce, that you delete them.

EU and UK customers. Under European consumer law, digital downloads can be exempted from the standard withdrawal right once delivery has begun. We waive that exemption for our book — you can request a refund regardless of whether you have downloaded the files, within the thirty-day window described above.
